This is because the motor rotor is producing centrifugal force with uneven mass. The unbalanced centrifugal force can cause vibration, and accelerate bearing wear, so that it can produce noise and seriously affect the performance and life of the product. Basically it is caused by corner cutting and shoddy workmanship on the market, the use of defective raw materials and error that results from the loose management in the course of processing.
