My name is Guo Jianxin. I am a typical post-80s generation. Although I was born in a sugar family and has a constant relationship with sugar, my real job in the sugar industry is very tortuous.
The origin of my family's sugar industry began with my uncle, that is, my father's uncle. When Uncle Gong was young, due to livelihood reasons, he made a sugar candy workshop; the operation has been good, but he did not do it after the founding of New China.
When my father was in his 20s, coincided with the reform and opening up, the talented father learned from Uncle Gong the processing of rock sugar, so my family started this "sweet" business.
Although rock candy is sweet, life is not like that. When I was a kid, my parents struggled in the factory all day long, so I could only live with my grandparents, and I could only see them with my parents late at night. When I was in high school, my father's factory added new products and production lines, and I ate and lived in the factory every day. I could only visit him at the factory on the weekends, so I was reluctant to engage in the sugar industry since then.
Just smelled the honey flavor of rock candy until he graduated from college and started working in a bank by himself. After working for a period of time, I realized that I could see myself retired, so I resigned when I was three years old and prepared to do things myself, but I didn't want to go into the rock candy industry. After resigning, he worked in Guangxi and Guangdong for four or five years and experienced several industries. During this period, the factory at home moved to Yunnan.
At the end of 2015, out of curiosity about Yunnan, he came to the Yunnan factory, and since then he has stayed in Yunnan, and he has also started his work in the sugar industry until now. So, although I grew up smelling the sweet smell of sugar and know a lot about the various things in the rock sugar industry, but really engaged in this work is only a matter of two or three years.
Because our crystal sugar industry is an extremely traditional industry, regular manufacturers and small workshops are mixed with fish and dragons. As a family that has been engaged in for three generations, we hope that customers can buy really good crystal sugar and taste the real sweetness. To meet everyone in this way.
My uncle started to make rock candy in old China; my father developed in New China. At that time, his factory was the first factory in Jiangxi Province to obtain a QS food production license. It also opened the factory in Yunnan, more than 2,000 kilometers away from his hometown ; I started to work in the sugar industry in Yunnan, I hope my customers can communicate with me at any time, and can taste the sweetness directly from the source.
Although has gone through three generations, his career has just begun. Hope I can always bring sweetness to everyone!
